Shipment

€3.95 Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands 24/48 Hours) and Portugal. Free shipping for orders over €150 + VAT.

Italy, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla (72 Hours): €13.90. Free Shipping from €250.

Order Deadline

Orders may go out the same day as long as they are completed before:

- Monday to Friday until 13.30 hours (GMT+1).

Pay

Payment for orders will be made by bank transfer or credit or debit card (prior to shipping the order). Subsequently, and with prior authorization, payments may be made by direct debit.

Minimum order

We have established a minimum order of €50 (without VAT).

Orders less than this amount are not accepted. For Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Andorra e Italia the minium will be 100 €.

Warranty

All our products have a 3-year warranty. In order for us to pay the withdrawal postage through SEUR, you must wait until several defective items have been collected, sending a list by email (info@coolaccesorios.com) with the items to be returned and the reason for the return.
