DEFECTIVE MATERIAL

To make a return of defective material, you have to make a box in which to separate the material that is coming out defective. In order to pay us the shipping costs for the removal of the material, a minimum of 3 / 5 defective items must be accumulated.

When you have those 3 / 5 defective items to return, you can send a list by e-mail, detailing the material that is defective and exactly what happens to each item.

We will send Seur to the store to pick up the merchandise, paying the shipping costs. Once we receive it, we will replace it / credit it in the next order automatically.

OBSOLETE MATERIAL

We accept returns of specific COOL brand covers, covers and screen protectors, with no limit to time, quantity or age.

To be able to return obsolete / outdated material, the store-distributor must meet the following requirements:

1.- At least have placed 1 order every 4 months, during the last 12 months.

2.- The material must go in the COOL blister (original packaging).

Therefore, we will accept those mobile phone models that we no longer have cataloged in the menu at the top of our website.

If we have not yet removed it from our menu, it has to remain in the store for a few more months on display, to try to sell it, until the mobile phone manufacturer discontinues it and that will be when it can be returned.

We pay the withdrawal costs through SEUR and we will pay you the full amount on your next invoice.

You can send us a detailed list by e-mail with the list of COOL brand covers, covers and screen protectors for smartphones with the product title and quantity.

*Since the covers, covers and screen protectors are paid in the next order, in case of closure of the establishment, no material can be returned directly with COOL. You will only be able to contact distributors in your area, so that they can tell you how much they can offer you for the settlement so that you can recover part of the investment.
